Eighth grader Eli Smith is currently serving as the FBLA District III Middle Level Reporter. Yesterday he was elected as the FBLA District III Middle Level President. Eli will represent Woodlawn High School and surrounding schools at FBLA events throughout the 2025-2026 school year. Congratulations Eli!

Congratulations to our Junior Bear Quiz Bowl Team! They placed fourth in the 2A- South Junior High Regional Quiz Bowl Tournament, held at Poyen on Friday, January 31st, and securing their spot in the 2A State Finals on Saturday, February 15 at Harrison.

Woodlawn fifth grader, Jayci Rauls, was one of the nine spellers competing in the Cleveland County Spelling Bee, held in the Woodlawn School Cafeteria on Thursday, January 30, 2025. Jayci placed second in the bee and snagged the alternate speller position for the Arkansas State Spelling Bee, which will be held in Little Rock on Saturday, March 8.

Arkansas Art Educators Association recently held the Youth Art Month Flag Contest. Contestants from across the state submitted their art and we had several girls place!
