It's 🏈 time Bears fans! Our annual "Meet the Bears" night will be Friday, August 30th! This is a big night for us to recognize our student-athletes K-12 and to support our booster club organization. Admission will be Gatorade, Water, Protein Bars, or Liquid IV. Gates will open at 6:00 and we will have water slides and bouncy houses for the kids to enjoy as we officially say farewell to summer and kickoff football season!!!

Due to the multiple schedule changes that are being made this year we want to make sure that we get information out to you. Woodlawn School District will not be doing the early release on Wednesday during the 2024-25 school year. This was approved by the School Board in the May 2024 meeting. Teachers will collaborate after school multiple days a week this year. Both WHS and WES will be starting at 7:55 and releasing daily at 3:15 for the 2024-25 school year. The morning tardy bell will be at 8:00 for both buildings. Thank you as always for your support!
Just a reminder for all our Seniors coming in to register tomorrow. You will need to have all of your registration paperwork complete before you can draw for your parking spot. Registration is quick and easy online and all of our other forms can be found on the district home page www.whsbears.org

Attention Parents! I apologize for the confusion in the way our online free and reduced lunch form was presented so I want to clear that up. When entering your Child's Name you need to enter 1 Capital letter per box. When entering your name you can enter multiple letters into the box. This is so that what you type in will match to the paper form. We have made some adjustments to help clear that up. If you have not filled out your child's name 1 letter per box I would ask that you please go fill the form out again. There is a preview button added to the end now so you can see what will be turned in before you submit. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your support!
