Due to the multiple schedule changes that are being made this year we want to make sure that we get information out to you. Woodlawn School District will not be doing the early release on Wednesday during the 2024-25 school year. This was approved by the School Board in the May 2024 meeting. Teachers will collaborate after school multiple days a week this year. Both WHS and WES will be starting at 7:55 and releasing daily at 3:15 for the 2024-25 school year. The morning tardy bell will be at 8:00 for both buildings. Thank you as always for your support!

Attention Parents! I apologize for the confusion in the way our online free and reduced lunch form was presented so I want to clear that up. When entering your Child's Name you need to enter 1 Capital letter per box. When entering your name you can enter multiple letters into the box. This is so that what you type in will match to the paper form. We have made some adjustments to help clear that up. If you have not filled out your child's name 1 letter per box I would ask that you please go fill the form out again. There is a preview button added to the end now so you can see what will be turned in before you submit. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your support!

Attention Parent/Guardians: Arkansas is participating in the new USDA Summer EBT program, which will provide $120 in grocery benefits to eligible students beginning this summer. As a non-provisional school, SOME, of your students will automatically receive Summer EBT benefits and can expect to be mailed a Summer EBT card pre-loaded with $120 in benefits in early July. The students who will automatically receive Summer EBT benefits are: Students included on your Homeless, Runaway, Migrant or Foster list Students that are on your Direct Certification list Students that are on your free and reduced category by income on an application
